I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms expertly organized by Giovanni. The dining staff were efficient and friendly, offering a partial view of the sea from the room and a matching bathroom. The breathtaking views of the bay of Naples made my stay truly unforgettable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit disappointing, being very dirty with body hair everywhere, ants, dust balls, and stains. On the bright side, the view over the orange tree field with scents and the distant Vesuvio volcano was breathtaking. The service, especially from concierges Gianni and Cielo, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location excelled, offering a quiet retreat with a spectacular view over the bay. The dining experience was good, although not as authentic Italian as expected. Overall, the hotel was more luxurious than anticipated, offering good value for money.
